What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them fill out a profile and then see what the customers goals are. Also all new customers receive a 10% off discount.
Meet & Greet - discuss the customers needs and specifications. Confirm vaccines
2) Drop off- at my home preferably in the morning
3) Groom- takes typically between 2-4 hrs depending on the breed. I go at the pups pace
4) call/text customer for pickup
5) pickup- go over how the appointment went, any findings. Take notes for future appointments.
6) receive payment- Cash or PayPal's only
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for over 20 years, have been mentored by many professional groomer over the last 23 years. I groom show quality dogs for the show ring! I have owned a grooming shop for 18 years now.

My rates are comparable with other groomers in the area.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been showing dogs for 30 years and my mom owned a grooming show when I was a kid.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers and dogs. I can groom all breeds and have even worked with show dogs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of having the opportunity to groom dogs for the Westminster 2020 dog show!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dogs love me and have a great experience when with me! You can't go wrong with me!
