What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer txting since i could be driving or grooming and it's easier to respond at my convenience. Pretty simple txt me what kind of pet you have and location,and I'll send you a quote!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate and keep taking seminars online within the grooming community tonperfevt my skills and creativity.

Yes , grooming starts at $85 for small breeds with a service fee of $25 for haircuts .
bathing starts at $60 for small breeds with a 25 service fee for bath dogs .
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a bather at petsmart 8 years ago , went to grooming school was a groomer and managed my own salon. I have worked at mom and pop shops as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all type of customers but something everyone has in common is that they love their furry kids !
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The last pup i worked on was a bully and i bathed him right before he left to his forever home in Nevada with a property of 17 acres all for him!!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find one that is a good fit for you . Pride wise . Friendly and someone who will take care of of your pup like if it was theirs as well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about exactly what you want done to your pet. As far as length on coat cut off , left on, think about the face ears and tail exactly how much length you want to cut off. What type of product does your pet need for it's skin . And think about your dogs behavior and how comfortable they are with grooming and being handled.
