Stephanie Lane

Hi I’m Stephanie, I am a disabled U. S. Veteran and animal enthusiast. I am currently working on my dog and cat training certifications through Animal Behavior College and I am offering dog training services both in person and remote. Remote services will be held via video chat and can be more convenient for those with tight schedules. My training style focuses on strengthening the owner/pet bond with positive reinforcement while building trust. I individualize each clients training regimen to the owners specific needs and concerns while also considering breed specific instincts and strengths.

I have cared for animals since I was about 6 years old. When I was a child we had many animals from domestic pets, farm animals, and at one point we even rescued a great horned owl that we called poppy. My duties over the years have included dog training, cleaning kennels, helping deliver c-section puppies, fed and watered the animals, administered vaccinations and medications to cats and dogs, gave walks, cared for the cats and kittens and provided socialization to both. I've also fostered and socialized orphaned/feral kittens for over 10 years. I currently have small dogs and cats of my own and they get along with other animals very well. I've also been known to rescue and pet sit birds, bunnies, amphibians, you name it.
