What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All you need to do is contact me via email or text or call and if you want me to walk your dog we can set up a time and day and time that you will pick her/him up. (mainly on Saturday and Sunday because I have school)
Only thing that might seem dumb is that you will need to drop him/her off
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not that much, I love animals and I'm in middle School suffering from a concussion and need something to because I get out of school at 11:15.
