Diana and Tatiana helped us to buy our first home in January of 2022. My wife and I were very grateful and pleased for their work in this process. It took us a while to secure a house we like and that fits our budget because the housing market was very volatile, unpredictable and frustrating at times. Throughout the process, Diana and Tatiana stayed actively engaging and answering our questions and concerns in person, via text, phone calls or email when we needed. They respond promptly to address our inquiry. They never pushed us through anything but helped and guided us make informed decisions. We were buying a house while living more than 250 miles away. They did virtual touring open houses or Video recording of the houses we were interested in when we were not able to travel to view in person. When we finally find the house, we like and our offer is accepted, they were on it and made the escrow and closing process smooth for us. They are knowledgably, transparent and very professional. It was like having two agents helping us to buy one house. We were very fortunate to land on their hand for this experience and recommend them for anyone who is looking for an agent either to buy or sell a house. If we are going to buy or sell a house again, Diana and Tatiana will be on top of our list.

Diana and Tatiana were excellent to work with. They were very knowledgeable of the market and always responsive and accommodating working around our schedule.
