    I will meet with my new clients, discuss their design preferences and look at the project.  Then I can do a board / spreadsheet with design ideas.  At that point the client and I can discuss pricing for the items and projects they're interested in.

    I am a fully licensed & credentialed Real Estate Broker, Lender and Home Decorator.  I hold the NMLS#360062, BRE#01316238 & CID#7169.  I have over 15 year of experience.  Past client referrals information upon request.

    There is a $50 fee to visit and consult.  $100 Design board and projects are by estimate.

    I have always had an interest in "home" structure--architecturally, decor--all things home are appealing to me.  I love the building & construction process, my family have been in the construction field for years, therefore, the flow to Real Estate & Design was a natural process.

    I have worked with CEO's of large corporations, to first time buyers and in between.  I find that People are People--and I love the experience of meeting people and discussing old & new design.

    When deciding to engage help with your home, make sure their budgeting skills are aligned with yours.  Their past work may not appeal to your style, so make sure they have the open mind to engage-- find the style that appeals to you.
