What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get in contact go over the price and process of what needs to be done make sure they sign contract if needed, Have customer tell me start date, get all materials to job, Then do job till finished  

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have diploma Was in NAVY and lots of hands on experiance

Went to cslb to get licensed and I taking course at the college

Every Job is different and every job is unique and they all present different challenges. The jobs have to be evaluated to give customer competive pricing 

How did you get started in this business?

I made a goal that I'd be in business formyself 2 yrs after i got out of the navy. I was a little less than a year and I was Working for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive worked with all sorts of customers but I treat everyone the same, were all human that have different expreances and different opportunites 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would tell them to make sure both parties know what to expect from each party, also dont always go with the lowest bid  good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good. Just be realistic when getting bids 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Wheither they can afford their project, I know emergency do come up and you vcant docanything about it and I Always help fix or improve customer house when an emercency arrisies. So if your wanting aproject done make sure you know the value of it and paln accordinly
