What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a technician from Constant Comfort arrives at your home they will provide you with a hassle free quote with multiple options to solve your indoor comfort needs. First time customers always receive a 15% discount on their first repair and a $300 dollar discount on new system installations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are N.A.T.E certified, EPA certified and factory trained. We only hire journeyman level technicians to ensure an accurate diagnosis and professional service.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our diagnostic fee is $65 dollars to send our a professional technician to diagnose your system. We use a flat rate pricing structure for repairs to provide a fair price on a consistent basis.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner, Ryan Skog has been involved in the industry for over 12 years. After working for serveral companies over the years and noticing many flaws in the way they operated he decided to venture off and start his own company to offer clients a better air conditioning and heating experience.
