What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Buyer:  When I meet a new client, I invite them to my office for a thourough consultation to go over the home purchasing proces.  We then go on a South Bay Reality Tour to give the buyer a perspective of the different communities and home selections in each community.  I refer them to lenders if they need to assess their budget, and we target an area and price point.

Seller:  When a seller wants to list their home, I typically meet the seller at their home and have a consultation as well.  We initially meet and I request a tour of their home.  We discuss all the aspects of how we can assist them to get the top dollar for thier home.  We go through the listing process and set a calendar to prep the property, stage the property, professionally photograph the property, and complete all market prep for going on the market.

I have been a home owner and investor for 30 years.

I have been top producing award winning realtor for 16 years.

I stage and flip properties with many investor clients for the past 10 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Buyer Agent side is typically paid by the seller.  However my commission rate is 2.5%.

Seller/Listing side:  Typical total commission is 5-6% depending on the teared services the seller selects.  (2.5% of this commission goes to the buyer's agent).
