Let's face it. There is no shortage of real estate agents, so how do I differentiate myself from all the other thousands realtors? Its simple I am always available for my clients night or day. I am never too busy to help answer your questions and always respond back quickly to your emails and calls. This may seem like something small but I can promise you, nothing is more frustrating than an agent that has too many buyer and too mnay sellers they are dealing with to give you the time of day. My clients are always my first priority and I treat every sale the same whether its a 200K home or a 1M dollar home.
I love seeing my clients face light up when I have helped them find the home of their dreams or get top dollar for their home. I love that I can work from home and still be here to help my children with homework and make dinner for the family. Each day is something new in this buisness, sure there are regular tasks, but every day brings a different combination of things. New people, new homes, new obstacles to get past.... no two days are ever the same. Moving is high on the list of stressful things to do, so when I'm able to ease stress and burden for my clients , it feels really good.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to find out their preferred communication method. If I am helping my client sell their home, I will spend time preparing the listing presentation, hiring a photographer to take beautiful photos and possibly look into staging the home if need be. Workig for the buyer on the other hand, I will spend my time searching the MLS to find the best suited homes for my client, printing or emailing the homes to the client,and then showing the homes. I would accompany them to inspections and be there every step of the way thru the whole process.
