What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 24hr service line were someone can assist you in case of an emergency. All service calls are scheduled in a one hour window. And we pride ourselves on being on time, well prepared to diagnose and address your concerns that same day as our trucks are stocked with most parts needed for repairs. We also offer same day easy financing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have gone through a rigorous apprenticeship training program, and have been California EPA certified. With two c-20 licensed supervisors ready for any job.

All our pricing is standard flat rate pricing. After being in the industry for over 17 years our price and warranty is what keeps our customers loyal and happy.
How did you get started in this business?
After high school it was 2 years of vocational school certifications in Electrical, hvac, plumbing. Working for Mike Diamond for many years till 2003 when my brother and I started our own family owned business and together we have worked to create a warm working atmosphere.

Everyone from neighbors, businesses, Public Works Projects, senator, and movie stars.

Donating our resources in helping a youth non profit organization open up a local youth training facility that will help Girls with their dreams of playing at the collage level.
