I 've been in construction for over 20 years, in residential and commercial, with an electrical license and being a small business owner I have the knowledge to foresee any potential problems at the construction level, framing, plumbing, electrical, etc. In my career I noticed that the building Inspectors overseen many problems as the market was booming, I decided to make a difference and become an Home Inspector to make sure the home you purchase is as well built and energy efficient as can be.
To see the customers smile when they know I've done a thorough inspection for them from top to bottom. After the inspection, you will know more about the house, which will allow you to make decisions with confidence.
