We have been staging houses in Sacramento since 2014. Before this we were staging in San Jose. As the real estate industries often stresses, the first impression is the key factor in selling a home. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers This is where we come in. We bring years of experience in intereior design with results that have helped sell a property more swiftly and for more money.
I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job to be creative. To do a job that my team can be proud of. More importantly the joy and statisfication i feel knowing that my clients are happy with the end results.

I was blown away with Julia and her team, they are amazing! Julia was easy to get in touch with, listened to my needs and literally transformed my condo into a beautifully spacious cozy home. She used high quality end furniture and was able to incorporate some of my furniture and decor, which made living in a staged 2BR/2BA condo a bit more comfortable.
