What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an interview to find out what the customer's wants and problems are. From there, we work out designs, colors, furniture, window treatment designs, flooring, room designs, or remodels to fit the customer's tastes. We also can provide 3D images and renderings so that our clients can see the results before making decisions on designs, materials, and construction.
