The Belly Rub
About
I always try to exceed my own expectations even when circumstances don't allow. I know I'll mess up, everyone does, but I always try to do the best work I can no matter if im tired or had a long day.
I think it's fun to work with different animals and they portray their owner's personality too and it's nice to work with super amazing dogs because I just know the owners going to be as amazing!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in contact first. Ask what breed they have and what they would like done. Talk about if the dog is matted or is in need of a special service. Set an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended American Grooming Academy and graduated January 2022. I work there part time now. I also worked for a short while at a pet hotel by my home.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Not yet. I'm working on getting set up in my business still but I will be set up fully soon.
How did you get started in this business?
A friend attended the school I did and recommended the program. I thought about it and the pet industry has many doors that can be easily opened and you can really operate from anywhere.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Neighbors and friends and family so far but as I get more customers and experience I'll gain a more diverse set of regular customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I attended a dog show in Indio and it was my first dog show ever and it was very fun to see all the breeds and ones I had no knowledge of. Amazing place to learn.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who can give you what you want but also be reasonable to the limits of the business. If we can't do something like nails or a specific hairstyle it may be because it's not safe for the groomer or the dog or it may be out of our level of expertise in the moment so please be understanding.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should think of if they are comfortable grooming your breed. If an issue like matting came up what would be the cost to fix it.
