What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my clients in person to discusss their needs and expectations. I want to make sure we are all on the same page so that I can provide the best service to my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in marketing and negotiation for over 20 years. My Real Estate experience started in 2000.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Buyers do not pay me a comission as the seller of the home they purchase will pay me. I charge a standard comission on the sale of a home but deliver exceptional service and the highest possible net at the end of the day. In the end, you walk away with more than working with someone who charges you less but the delivery is substandard.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for a Realtor, focus on their ability to listen to your needs. There are "discount" brokers who will charge you less, but deliver less than you might expect. A Realtor who is worth working with will be a solid negotiator and will stand up for themselves just as they will for you.
