Home Staging By Ted
About
I offer vacant and occupied staging and decorating services. I can help you with shopping for home decor. I can help to stage a room or a home. No job too small. I work with realtors and home owners throughout the Southern California area and am based in Palm Springs. My experience with home staging evolved from my seven years of experience doing estate sales. I would stage a room for the sale and my client or the realtor would be amazed at the transformation.
The beauty of my work as a home stager is the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. My favorite part of course is seeing the look on the clients face when they see their room or home transformed!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to meet with the client to assess their goals and to see the space. When working with a homeowner my goal is to make sure the my decor reflects their lives and their personality. For realtors, knowing that the job is to showcase the house being sold rather than the furnishings, my goal is to decorate with beautiful furnishings in a muted palette that highlights but does not distract from the real estate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My staging work evolved from my work organizing estate sales and merchandising my antique shop in Palm Springs uptown design district.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I met my favorite nephew (that I helped to raise) - he’s now 30 - in Las Vegas to meet his new girlfriend and he sprang to take us all on a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. It was such a joy to see him happy and successful and with a terrific girl. The Grand Canyon was a spectacular bonus!
