What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether buyer or selling I thoroughly take the time to learn about each any every client need. It's not about me, it's about you, and I always keep that top of mind. If you're buying a home, I have an in depth questionairre and consultation we will complete together. If you're selling a home, I'll go through my 20 point marketing strategy as well as a thorough market analysis for your home and recommended pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my BA Degree in Finance. My financial background fits in perfectly with my ~10 years of experience in the Real Estate Field. I have also surpassed a landmark of selling over 100 homes in my career which I am very proud of.
