    Peter was not what we expected from a realtor when we set out to purchase our first home. Since this was our first time going through this process, and from what we have heard through friends and family, realtors can sometimes be difficult to deal with and can be pushy to try and get that sale. Peter was the exact opposite. He was extremely helpful in finding us the house that we were looking for. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly (and there were a LOT of questions). His associate, Zehra, was extremely helpful in getting us through the entire process. Even before we had committed to buying a house and went down this path, he spoke with us extensively about our expectations and concerns as potential homebuyers, answered all of our questions, and helped us understand the realities of purchasing and owning a home. But most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and he understood our concerns during the highly stressful process. Enough cannot be said for Peter and Zehra and the wonderful work they did for us. We hope they continue to have great success in their careers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My Process is showing how I can educate the customer through the process, answer questions and mitigate concerns by keeping communication lines open! It's hard to make a huge purchase or sale, and it's even harder to work with a company that does not communicate, or educate. We here at H&M Realty Group Inc. will do all the above and go above and beyond for our clients! 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in real estate since 2013 when I bought my first rental, and then obtained my real estate license in 2014 to assist buyers and sellers with what I fell in love with; which was the process of buying and selling homes! 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We work with each customer and sit down to go over how we structure out pricing process. The only standard is that we always tailor our service rates to the customers situation. 

How did you get started in this business?

I started this business after I bought my first two rentals and new that I wanted to provide a value to buyers and sellers; a better value and experience than I received during my two transactions prior to obtaining my license. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with first time home buyers, first time home sellers, move up sellers, move up buyers, move down buyers, and move down sellers. Anytype of sale that a person can have, I have worked on it! 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The pro that a customer should hire when looking for a real estate professional is someone who cares, gives great education and advice, and someone who over communicates! 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What they really want in their experience with an realtor (i.e. a fast sale with less hassel, a slower sale with more money gained on the sale, a purchase with less money down, or a purchase with more money down and a deal). Those are just some questions to go through in your head prior to acutally getting in touch with real estate agent.
