What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very thourough registration process for all new dogs that will be entering our boarding and/or daycare programs. We require registration, current vacination records and a social evaluation of the dog prior to their first day with us.
The best way we can care for your dog is to know as much about them, before we meet them, as we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a certified Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and has many years of experience with animal behavior. Our facility is a member of International Pet Boarding and Pet Services Association which offers us numerous training opportunities in all areas of our business. Our trainers are professional members of Association of Professional Dog Trainers which also offers us many opportunities to continue our education and exposure to training conferences world wide.

We offer so many different services that it would be hard to go over them on this site, but we publish our prices on our website.
How did you get started in this business?
A dream that came from years of interacting with many different species of animals gave me the concept of wanting to offer a place for animals to be safe, secure and happy while educating their people to increase their bond with their pets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check out the facility, meet the people who will be interacting with your pet. We understand that our dogs are our family and the emotional tie that they bring with them to our facility should be respected and nurtured.
