Great service! Alittle bit on the old school side of things in that I like a belly to belly type relationship. It is very important to me to have you do most of the talking so I can find out what your goals are. Once I know you and your goals I can best explain how I can help you achieve them. I am more of a consultant than a sales person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation is to establish their goals. Everything else flows from my clients needs and and wants.That is really all there is to it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from CSULB but my education came from starting small businesses. Learning to listen and mentor has been great, it translates directly to real estate.

How did you get started in this business?
My great grandfather helped Henry Huntington develop San Marino in the early years of Los Angeles and that was always in the back of my mind. My mom suggested I get my real estate license one day and so I did. No more complicated than that.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with first time buyers and sellers to seasoned investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I always suggest a person interview a couple of people and hire the person that you are most comfortable with.
