What is your typical process for working with a new customer?


I spend a lot of time listening to my clients needs and aspirations. Once I know exactly what they are looking for I can then scour my resources and find them the perfect home  I streamline their transaction by being on top of every detail from negotiations, showings, inspections to overseeing the escrow for a smooth closing 


I work with my sellers to get their homes prepared. I respect their time and work showings around their schedules. I do Luxury marketing and negotiate like the mama bear I am. I see them through start to finish and beyond. 90 percent of my business is referall based from happy clients. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors in Business 

I am both a Broker and Realtor 

I belong to NAR CAR OCAR and 5 other district MLS associations 

I have many awards and certifications from Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Homegain, Zillow, Trulia, SRES, EPRO just to name a few 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I discount my listing fee to 3.5 to sellers 

i rebate my commission 40% to buyers 

How did you get started in this business?

I started my career in real estate with Coldwell Banker. They have the most comprehensive training in the world. I became a Top Produucer the first month of getting my license. I went on to open my own company and now employ many agents.
