What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I Put my mask and gloves on to great my customer I then introduce myself and ask what service are needed to inspect once authorized the enter premises. Then inspect to and find issue/issues once found I provide my customer with a solution and a estimate to get approved to continue my services. I do not do anything without authorization. My customer is the boss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year in trade school and 5 years in service and repair

Love construction and the fact that plumbing is an essential job that will always be need and I'm ready to serve
