Born and raised in the beautiful hills of Vista, I developed a love of incredible views and of real estate as a child. When I was 4, my dad, my grandpa, and his uncle did our first room addition and remodel. When I was 6, my dad began buying, and we began fixing and renting properties year after year. At 15, we began building a family name in the exciting world of real estate sales in Vista and all surrounding cities. At 16 I took a Prop Management night course at Palomar College and became my dads' Property Manager. At 21 I became a California licensed Realtor. That year I also became part owner and facilitated the role of Project Manager for my largest remodel yet of nearly 5000 sf in Escondido, CA. Wow, that was a project of all projects! It was 1990 and the home was built in the mid 1950s and had never been updated. Gold glitter in the thick popcorn ceilings and all-it was ugly from the time you pulled up the long driveway and didn't quit being ugly until you drove away! I learned so much about remodels and fixing ridiculous floor plans on a grand scale during that project and I loved it!!! Combined, I've participated in dozens of fix-n-holds and fix-n-flips since that one and they all seem so simple in comparison.

In addition to my own investments, I have by far helped many more clients, friends and family alike with their own dreams of doing very well in RE acquisitions and sales. From, raw land to new construction sales, fix-n-flips and fix-n-holds to my personal favorites of Luxury Dream Home property and Luxury Vacation Rentals sales, acquisitions and management.
