What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us for a quote, we come to the homeowner and take measurements and photos while the homeowner selects a sample they like, we then submit a quote for approval by the homeowner. Once approved by the homeowner we schedule a date for installation and proceed with the install and collect final payment once completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
