AA has been in business for over 25 years and has a combined total of 76 years experience between its employees.

Plans are drawn in a 3D Building Image Modeling program or BIM, specifically “Revit”, which gives us the opportunity to provide you with 3D images of what your project will look like.

AA will incorporate as much or as little sustainable (Green) design into the project as you desire up to and including LEED Platinum.

Construction Administration, where we oversee all or part of the construction is also available.

We offer the very competitive pricing, superior workmanship and our customer service is second to none.

Keeping up with change is critical to doing business. At AA, aside from required units, on going education is very important. Attending seminars and lectures is standard and happens on a regular basis.

You might find less expensive but you will not find better; particularly in our designing and construction document capabilities.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet the client at the site for two reasons, first so we can meet nd second to get a better idea of what we are working with interms of orientation, views etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The first 13 years of my career were spent working for some of the better known custom home architects in Newport Beach. I have been involved in numerous custom homes all up and down the coast.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I do. Give me a call and I can fill in the blanks.

How did you get started in this business?

I have always been mechanically and artistically inclined. It took a while to figure out that Architecture was a perfect blend of the 2.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I can't categorize clients into types. Each client is different.

Everybody has their own style of doing buisness. I tend to be very easy to get along with and try my best to give the client what they want.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

Have a project under construction up in La Cresta In Murrieta.

A remodel of an existing 2400 sq.ft. house to 6,400 sq.ft.

Exposed open beam ceilings and heavily Greened up. Used a lot of Solar Panels and Smart Home technology to help get off the grid. Client wants to include a Hydrogen Generator later to get completely of the Grid.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Meet your pro. The first meeting will give you a very good idea whether the architect "meshes' with you. Do you seem on the same page, is the pro to serious or to lacidaisical? Things like this will affect your finished project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

A client shouls have a good idea what they are looking for. If you have any particular ideas of room and or adjacencies let us know. Cut out pictures of things and ideas you like. A picture is worth a thousand words. When you say stampede and are thinking of horses, I'm thinking antelope or zebras. Sometimes the ideas will not mesh but all the ideas give us a better scope of what you are thinking.
