10+ years of grooming dogs and 5 years in a salon. I put the safety of animals in my care first. I don't over charge as I have a pricing system you can customize for your needs. I'm willing to work with more stubborn, and nervous/high anxiety dogs with prior notice. I use specialty shampoos to help various skin problems and most of my items are natural. I offer regular baths, shave downs, and styled cuts. My pricing is by coat type and size of dog. I offer other services separate or as added package to a bath or haircut. Such services as anal glands, nail clip, bows/bandanas, color, ear cleaning or sanitary trims.
I enjoy seeing a dog that is happy and feels free after being super filthy, matted or the dog with super irritated skin and gets a bath and massage. They are always so appreciative. I also like when a owner is happy and feels like the groom fits the pups personality perfectly or when they tell me the dog will be able to sleep in the house. 😊

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What do are you looking for and what type of dog do you have. With different prices for different services and dog sizes and types determining what is needed first. A bath for a small Chihuahua less than a bath for a pitbull. Same as a shave of a pug is less than a poodle. And a Styled haircut of a cocker is different than an poodle.And mixes or breeds with off cost types will be priced according to short/double, curly/straight types.

How did you get started in this business?
Didn't want to pay high prices at pet stores for grooming my Yorkies so I started grooming him myself. So I started grooming my family and friends pets and my neighbors in my apt building.
