Clients have better experiences with us because we do a great inspection, protect their interest in meaningful ways, and unlike our competition we don't force clients to sign an agreement limiting our liability to the inspection fee and limiting our scope of inspection to virtually nothing. We wouldn't put you and your valuable referral sources in such a perilous position or create such huge liability for you as that would cause.
