With over 25 years in sales and marketing, Lynn Albro has been working as a marketing specialist for top real estate agents since 2009. A licensed REALTOR® since January 2015, she is helping both home Buyers and Sellers in the Modesto and Turlock area.
Since 2007, Lynn has been focused on Internet Marketing including; Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website creation, social media marketing, email marketing, branding and sales funnel marketing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spending time with a new client is important. I need to find out exactly what they want to accomplish and determine how I can facilitate that desire.
Once I have a real understanding of my clients needs - I start the research process.
If I am working with a seller I will research recently sold comparable properties in the area to understand value and buyer expectations. Once an offer has been accepted, than I make sure all of the transaction paperwork is completed properly and in a timely manner.
If I am working with a buyer I will research the area they want to live in, looking for properties that meet their criteria, and then find recently sold comparable properties, and once a offer has been accepted, schedule the inspections follow up on appraisal and advise my buyers every step of the way. And, of course, make sure all of the transaction paperwork is completed properly and in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in sales and marketing, and I am a creative problem solver and love to help.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been working alongside top ranked REALTORS since 2007, assisting them primarily in their marketing efforts, but also as an administrative assistant. Over and over I was told I should get my license, and finally in 2015 - I did.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I recently sold a home in probate, meaning the owner had recently passed away and the family lived in Wyoming. I consider myself a hands-on REALTOR, so I not only staged the home - I kept it clean for the open houses and other agent showings. I truly enjoyed working with the estate executor and probate attorneys. And, it was exciting to know that the young couple purchasing the house were really happy to become first time home owners.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you are a seller it is a good idea to make a list of all of the upgrades that have been done to the home in the last 5 years. Take a look at your home as if you are looking at it for the first time. Does your home look old and tired? Is there too much personal clutter in the home? OR, if you were looking at the home for the first time (and it met your needs) - would you buy it?
If you are buying a home - take the time to make a couple of lists; 1) A list of 'must-haves', 2) A list of 'would-likes', and 3) A list of deal breakers.
