I am a newer real estate investor and Mike was one of the first agents that I started working with in 2019. I find that Mike is honest and reliable. He really works to help me find what I'm looking for. I have yet to close on an investment property with him but it's not for the lack of his trying. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent who is willing to think outside of the box. I look forward to my working relationship with Mike.

Mike went above and beyond in finding me a great deal on a off market property. When faced with difficulties he never gave up and now I’m in my dream home. He always tried hard to negotiate everything I wanted in my house deal with lots of success. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to his amazing and fearless negotiation skills I had equity in my house by the end of purchase. Mike is the best realtor in the business. Even after I completed my home purchase, he is still available to help with any loose ends. He will save you tons of money and still get you everything you want. I refer him to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I use the standard market system for property sales in California.  Normal rates are from 5 - 6 percent.  This rate is split between listing agent and buying agent.  I provide additional services but still use the lower of the two price points.  Please note that with the market changes these are subject to change.

How did you get started in this business?

Like many of the best agents, I was inspired to become an agent because of a bad experience. I felt that I deserved a positive experience and a Realtor that didn't see me as just another number.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with both buyers and sellers.  My clients have been family members inheriting a home, family's going through divorce, first time buyers and even owners looking to downsize. There are too many to discribe but being a sounding board as well a resource to someome making this journey it is important to be a true resource.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

LA cupcake convention.  I love to bake and have two (2) daughters that also love to bake.  This is our passion.  Being able to meet host from favorite shows, purchasing great tools and trying great snacks.  Did I mention "Lots of cupcakes."

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone you are comfortable with. This is an important step in your life and finding someone that is knowledgable and willing to work hard towards similar goals is more important than you think.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How available is the agent?

Will they be working directly with that agent?

Can they provide any tools that will spell out the steps and roles of all the "players" in the transaction?
