Christen was timely, patient and quite knowledgeable. Mine was a difficult tow. The vehicle had been in storage for several years. Tires were flat, the space was extremely tight and the wheels would not roll freely. With some creative thinking Christen got the vehicle loaded on the truck and tow was successful.
