What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule your move
Complete the online form. We'll send a confirmation email which you read and e-sign. That's it – simple!
Pack and move
We arrive on the day. After signing the agreement, we get to work – packing/loading as per the booking.
Drive and unload
Once loaded, we drive to your new location and unload into the property, plus unpacking if booked.
checks and payment
Once you have made your final checks, you sign off the completion as satisfies and pay with cash or card
