What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send proposal and contract to prospective clients. Meet with client and determine specific needs, desires, and objectives. If acceptable, execute contract and open individual trust account for client at Pacific Western Bank. Notify tenants and provide set-up information for their personal account access portal. Notify all vendors and service providers of our address and contact info. Have owner meet his or her personal property manager. Then get to work on owner's "to do list" and work hard to increase owner's profits.

Fully licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. 44 years of continuous work experience!
