What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the scoop of work if it's something minor a lot of them just leave gate open for me to do an assessment of the job, if it's something major such as a pool remodel, or a new construction I will meet them personally.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
C -53 classification as a pool contractor and have been in business for over 30 years.

How did you get started in this business?
Back in 1984 at a swimming pool wholesaler supply, then I went on to service pools, bought a pool store and got my contractors license .
