What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A gerneral phonecall is necissary to understand the scope of work. We will then be able to layout the moving process and provide some ballpark pricing.
From there we liek to set up an in-home survey for more accurate numbers and a guarentee price for customers moving Interstate and Internationally
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder Bill Bird built this business up over the past 36 years from just one truck.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer spectrum is vast. From major sports teams, Executives, to the working-class families moving across the country or down the street.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Its very deceiving online when looking for a moving company, everyone looks equal.
STAY AWAY from deposits and people talking about cubic feet. These are not moving companies, these are brokers and the nightmare stories you hear most times occur when dealing with brokers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When is the move taking place?
Will I be packing my own personal boxes or have movers do the packing? (Additional costs incurred having movers pack your boxes)
Do I have any glass tops, marble, or any specialty item that needs proper handling?
All reputable moving companies will need 7-10 lead time minimum in order to service your move(interstate move). Local moving there is no lead time needed if there is availability in the books. Ideally 2 weeks in advance is great.
