What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the prospective client and discuss their needs and we give them a minimun price range based on the information prvided. If price is acceptaable we send somebody over to phisically inspect and get the whole scoop of the job. Then we contact the client back with a firm quote. Some other times if the prospective client is fexible, we can give a basic quote and when the crew is there they will report back to the office and we call the prospective cliet with a final price. If que quote is accepted we start the job. Our professionals do not price or collect payments.
