We provide our services locally in Orange County, Ca. and most cities in L.A. County. We offer: professional spa measuring service, template service (for irregular shaped spas), Personal Delivery (O.C. only). We needed to replace our cover of almost 5 years for an Imperial Winchester above ground spa on the Ventura County coast in California. We wanted to try to find the same turquoise color that we had, but my husband couldnt find a match at the local pool & spa places, nor online, until he came upon Discount Pool Supply and saw something that looked close. He called. Chris answered the phone, and all my husbands questions re: how to measure, value of increased foam density, setting the thermostat to be more efficient, as well as reviewing basic spa maintenance. It was like we had a full service spa consultant! We ordered a Tropical Blue cover, with a higher foam density than we had. It was delivered in about a week, just as Chris promised. It is made so much better than our old one, fits great, and the color is perfect! Looking forward to seeing our electric bill go down, too. Thanks Chris!
