Our experience includes Richard who was first licensed in 1990, and is now the broker for Keller Williams Coastal Properties. His wife, Shelly, is also licensed, and started working in real estate in the mid-1980's.  Her sister, Janine, started working in real estate and interior design in the late 1990's.  Kohlman is a new licensee and specializes in marketing and helping buyers.  Garrett has experience in residential sales, commercial leasing and loan origination.  Beth has been licensed for over 20 years and specializes in helping buyers and sellers in the Long Beach area.  Malia is recently licensed and specializes in income property sales.
