What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review our client's needs and wants. This can be done over the phone or in person, depending on our client's wishes.
We review our client's qualifications and have them review what they want to spend with the lender to determine what price range best suits them.
Once our clients know what they can afford and how much they want to spend, we discuss what they want in their new home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 7 agents have close to 100 years experience in real estate!
Our experience includes Richard who was first licensed in 1990, and is now the broker for Keller Williams Coastal Properties. His wife, Shelly, is also licensed, and started working in real estate in the mid-1980's. Her sister, Janine, started working in real estate and interior design in the late 1990's. Kohlman is a new licensee and specializes in marketing and helping buyers. Garrett has experience in residential sales, commercial leasing and loan origination. Beth has been licensed for over 20 years and specializes in helping buyers and sellers in the Long Beach area. Malia is recently licensed and specializes in income property sales.
