What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we want to know as much about you and your piano as we can. Next, we can go over a plan for your piao that you're comfortable with. I'll then explain the most cost-effective wy to get it done for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified piano technician, a graduate of the Piano Technician Academy and member of the Piano Technicians Guild.

How did you get started in this business?
My wife's new piano needed to be tuned and we could not get it tuned for many months so I decided to learn for myself.

I have worked with schools, music teachers, churches, and clients in their homes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently serviced a piano that had not been tuned in five or six years. By the end of the service, it sounded about as good as it possibly could after one servicing. I am very proud of that.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the technician listens to your needs and is clear and upfront with you.
