My name is Aleen Kojaian. I'm founder and CEO of Aleen Kojaian Design. We have been in the business of interior architectural design and build since 2014.

Here at AKD, we're never mistaken for traditionalists. I'm not just talking about our architectural style, but the way we do everything. This is why we are committed to further moving away from the traditional design-bid-build process into integrated project delivery. We feel that this new way of delivering projects to our clients not only distinguishes us from the competition, but makes the process easier on our clients, contractors and even us.

At AKD, our home staging professionals know how to make a house sell faster and more profitable, we have a pronounced sense of furniture placement, accessories and how to show a home as it is a work of art. We will enhance a home's best features and minimize those that are less desirable.

Home staging is also different than interior design. As interior designers, we personalize your space by working with our clients to enhances the function, safety and aesthetics of their living and business spaces while taking into account how different colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and space work together to meet their needs. We provide our clients with design plan, specify furniture, window treatments, materials, finishes, lighting, and flooring etc.
