Lorra McCririe Realtor Extraordinnaire
About
I'm the Realtor who does the extraordinary. Mediocrity is not my thing. My business is relational and when the day is done my clients can rest assured that their important real estate business is being handled with the upmost care. The key to my client's success is intentional, strategic, creative approaches that I've learned over 30 years in business that are incorporated into the gameplan. Whether you are selling (great time to sell right now) or buying (interest rates are still historically low) it is always important to partner with the right agent. Call me ...I'd love an interview.
Serving on the Board of Directors for the Nevada County Association of Realtors and on the NCAOR Charitable Foundation. Master's Club Member.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with listening. Knowing what's important to you is the beginning of creating an effective strategy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born and raised in a rural area so I understand the unique concerns of rural property. Selling or buying property in the Sierra Foothills of Placer and Nevada Counties requires specialized knowledge. I also bring a strong science background to the table... I know how to help my clients get information, analyze it and make informed decisions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work within the industry standards of my area.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I've served every age group, economic class, culture, non english speaking peeps, rich, poor, grateful and greedy who are selling or buying just about everything imaginable...luxury estates, lakefronts, golf course homes, vacant land, horse ranches, homes in gated communities, log cabins, strawbale homes, apartments, energy efficient/sustainable properties and dilapidated messes.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I find each transaction has it's own unique character and I enjoy them all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire an agent who is 100% in the game. Interview them and ask, "What are your unique factors and value proposition". Find out what separates them from every other Realtor. Experience is critical and volume of business also plays into the formula. The key is to find the agent who is committed to your plan. You need to feel good about partnering with your agent... this is an intimate business.
