What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are introduced to the procedures involved in their particular process. We educate our customers and inform them of their best option, even if that option means that we reffer them to another company which may be able to complete the task the have set to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DLT Construction Inc has more then 35 yesrs of experinence in al aspects of construction. From top to bottom, if it deals with your home, we can handle it.

Standard pricing is available for basic jobs, but since no two jobs are exactly alike, fianl project projection princing varies. Our free In-Person quotes insure that you get the right price for the right job everytime.
How did you get started in this business?
Our company is family based with a long history of construction beginning in the mid 1980´s with a small construction company based in the Los Angeles area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company has worked with many different types of customers. From those with small bathroom remodeling jobs, to kitchen remodels that must maintain the way of Feng Shui. We even have a few commercial clinets as our customers proving that no job is too complicated for DLT Construction Inc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Information is key in the success of any job. Our advice to anyone looking to hire a professional is to seek out the right company that will give you all of the right information and all of the right options to make the choice that you as the customer desires. So that you can have your specific details met with the project you are seeking to have done, instead of someone else telling you what to do with your own ideas.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The tough questions that customers need to really ask themselves before talking to pros about their needs are:
1) How much can we afford to spend on this project?
2) What time frame is being allowed to have the work completed?
3)What is the purpose for the work that needs to be done? (Entertaining, increase in family size, adding value to home equity, preparing the home to be put on the market, etc.)
4)How flexible are you with planning?
5)How long have you desired to have this type of work done?
