About
We pride ourselves on designing each staging to fit the specific architecture of the house, buyer demographic, and price point in order to attract the target buyer for that property. The average days on market for homes we staged is currently 12. Many of the houses have received multiple offers, and/or have sold for over list price. Having staged homes from $275K to $17M, we can testify that every home can benefit from staging!
Every home is unique, and I love showcasing the highlights of each space. I like finding solutions that can make a big impact on a budget. When sellers have a positive outcome, I do my happy dance for them - it's so gratifying to help people during what is often a stressful transition.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A preliminary telephone call helps us to understand the expectations for the project, then a site visit solidifies the scope. A proposal is prepared, and once accepted, a signed agreement and payment for the first 60 days is required to secure the staging date(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in theatre, with extensive experience in design combined with a certification in Staging and Redesign from Home Staging Resource. I am a RESA-Pro (RESA is the Real Estate Staging Association, the largest trade association for stagers) and am a certified instructor for "Staging To Sell - What Every Agent Should Know".
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing depends on the property, and the specific scale and areas that require staging - that's why a site visit is so essential!
How did you get started in this business?
After selling two of my own homes quickly and over asking, I realized I loved the process of preparing homes for sale. It's so exciting to help sellers optimize their return on investment - when I hear that a property has sold quickly, with multiple offers, I do my happy dance!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have staged homes ranging from $272,000 - $17,000,000 - so anything from small condos to lavish estates.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We staged a house on a Friday, and it got 9 offers the first day - it took 3 days just to negotiate, and went pending on Monday!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to ask for examples of their work and if they are fully insured, including worker's compensation. As in any industry, there are some that compete on price and cut corners - remember, you get what you pay for! Experience and results may cost a little more initially, but the ROI is greater.
