What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in touch with our client and go over every design issue and idea they have. Discuss all the options and design/construction schedule and possibly cost. Assure the design works and move forward once the client is good to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in design and construction. Went to school for both and have projects to confirm.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not. Each project is different and might consist of more work or city duration.
How did you get started in this business?
I decided I like working with my clients in the design phase but also managing the construction so that it can look like my design at the end. My clients like that it's only one team versus numerous subs they have to go with.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with clients building tenant improvements, retail, offices, additions, remodels and custom homes. Developers, real estate agents, builders and local clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Seeing my client happy at the progress and substantial change makes me happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be patient. It can be a fast design process to a long city review and even longer construction process. Schedule, inspections, material and weather all do it's part. At the end, it comes together.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is this doable? What hiccups might occur? Will I be able to live in the same house/ project during construction? How soon can you start?
