What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with sellers at their home they are interested in selling so preview it as a buyer would. I then will present a FREE detailed market analysis and a 21 point marketing strategy I use to sell homes with multiple offers. My marketing strategy is custom tailored to each home and sellers to provide maximum exposure.
My job as a buyers agent is to help guide and educate my clients rather they are first time home buyers OR avid home purchasers as no 2 homes or clients are alike. I like to provide my clients with a fun, energetic experience as purchasing a home can be sorta scary.
Bottom line, buying or selling a home can be daunting and intimidating so I like to change that by providing a genuine experience with laughter yet getting the job done. Most of my business comes from referrals as all my clients have had nothing but positive things to say during and after the process.

My fees vary as I am not like most agents. I spend a lot of time and money out of my own pocket marketing a home because I am that confident that im going to get the job done, right!
I laugh when I see cell phone photos, B&W flyers, lonely open houses etc. as I bring a whole new experience to selling a home. After all, my slogan is "Experience The Difference" and yes, professional marketing does matter in every situation.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have enjoyed and work with some of the most challenging clients and situations. However, that's what I love about my job, is that most agents can't do what I do and still provide a great and positive experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I have had 4 past clients call me and apologize for not choosing to work with me to save money and ended up working signing with me instead. See, not all agents are the same so don't let the sale of your house be a tough lesson learned.
