What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet the client in person. It is the best way to get to know someone and learn about their real estate goals. Once we have established an understanding to what they are trying to accomplish we put a game plan together and then execute on the plan.

For buyers we provide a detailed, step by step process as to what we do to help them move forward in purchasing a property. Once we have identified a property and the buyer has asked us to submit an offer and that offer is accepted we work with them through the entire escrow process. We keep them informed of where they are in the process, explain and perform due diligence and make sure they meet all of their contingencies. We meet with them at a home inspection, discuss the repairs needed and advise the seller through the listing agent of the Request for Repairs. We work with the buyer through all the milestones and make sure they meet the requirements in order to close on time.

For Sellers we provide a detailed marketing plan and comparable marketing analysis. We sit down with the seller and go over their property in depth, discussing the value and how it compares with other homes in the neighborhood. As a team we both have our own areas of expertise. I can be helpful developing a marketing strategy, analyzing the comps and helping to determine value as well as work with the  Seller during the sale process. My partner, Ernest meets directly with the client on all milestones including but not limited to the home inspection and final walk through. We are able to work twice as hard and address multiple issues and needs at once.
