What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers come to us, with a general idea of what they like. first thing we do we do research to find their ideal floor, explain pros and cons of any selection, prepare price. hardwood floor, stome and tile works are high ticket items, so we understand that most of our customers need to review all of their options before making decision. this needs patiance and we understand it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are have beed in flooring business since 1997. we are licensed, boded and certified by most major flooring manufacturers.
