Errand Fairy is operated by Ruby Rosensteel, who has resided in Orange county all of her life primarily in San Clemente and now resides in San Juan Capistrano.

Ruby has made a career in the customer service industry. She was employed by Alpha Beta Grocery Company in San Clemente as a manager then Ralphs Grocery Company merged with them and has a combined of 20 years in the industry. During her reign at Ralphs she was voted "Courtesy Queen" by her peers.

In 2000 she was recruited as a Host and Bookkeeper by P.F.Changs China Bistro they soon realized her bubbly personality, care and understanding with the staff and guests and soon promoted her to a management position. There she excelled in having guests feel very welcome, accommodating and always appreciated. With having so many years of experience in the customer service industry allowed Ruby to work with a variety of people with special needs and to develop an appreciation of the elderly and disabled with limited assistance.

In 2008, Ruby was due for a job change. She wanted to spend more time with her husband two children and four Grandchildren This new adventure has given her that opportunity.

In order to remain in her new life style Ruby established Errand Fairy in November of 2008. Now, as an active member in the area and a member of the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce and other business networking groups. She enjoys helping busy professionals, the elderly and disabled and also the Domestic Goddess save time and energy in their day-to-day lives.
