What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call to connect and get to know by client's needs in a 10 minute call.
2. Meeting at location (property for sellers or convenient location for buyers) to confirm and delve deeper into the needs of my clients.
3. Sign contract to commit to each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 plus years of personal experience and many decades of experience of combined experience of my team plus 2 years personal development, team, management, and leadership training through Landmark, Choice Center. Also real estate training, commercial real estate training and investment group memberships and trainings have all contributed to my growth and experience as a real estate consultant.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always been pationate about real estate since I was a young child and would draw detailed homes and other properties in very good three demention for being so young.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with experienced brokers who hired me to expand their real estate holdings, business owners, investors needing 1031 exchanges, high end home sellers and buyers and first time home buyers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Selling my client's property off market in one day over the holidays.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise is to connect with an agent who understands what is most important to you and guides you to express yourself so that you are understood, and committed to achieving the goals you wish to accomplish.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Write down your vision for what it is you wish to accomplish
2. Write down exactly how you want it to go.
3. Visualize the completion. (check in hand or keys in hand ect)
