What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial consultation via phone or Zoom to build a relationship and understand your needs and goals. Next, we will speak with your lender to make sure you are approved. If you do not have a designated lender we can assist you with the best rate and loan terms through our lender partner, Groves Capital. The third step is searching for properties that meet or match your criteria.
